Dominic Mina Dominic started with JMJ & Associates in 2006. Before starting his career with JMJ, Dominic attended Indian University. Within his 1st 90 days with the company he was promoted into management where he was honored for holding one of the top management positions out of our fifty-four other offices throughout Indiana and Ohio. Dominic has now earned the privilege of opening his own branch. Finally, Dominic has been an exceptional asset to the company and will continue to grow and aid in the expansion at the age of 23. Thankful Ackerman Thankfuls previous employment before coming to JMJ consisted of working as a manager for Long John Silvers. Realizing that her opportunity was limited she started working for our company in 1998. She has received numerous promotions and has been recognized as one of our top performing people. Within one year she was able to open her own branch. Today she runs one of the top organizations in the state of Indiana. Rick Fritz Rick started his career with JMJ in 2007. Previous to accepting a position with JMJ he worked for a local Accounting firm. After realizing that his income opportunity was limited he decided to make a career with our company. Within his 1st 30 days he was able to prove to us that he was management material. Rick was promoted to over see our human resource department. He has made a huge impact on the growth and success of our company.
